Vacancy: Admin Officer Grade 4

REF: HPS AO 1019   

Hours: 35 hours per week, 40 weeks per year

Salary: Grade 4, SCP 6-9 (starting at £19,171 Full Time Equivalent)

Actual for post: £15,789, £9.94/hr

Working Days: Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm

Commencing: asap

Contract: Permanent


The Ocean Learning Trust is an expanding Multi Academy Trust (MAT) consisting of six community and church primary schools in the Bournemouth and Poole area; we are committed to working together for the common good, empowering every school to improve the life opportunities of all our children. The MAT has a central management team based at Heathlands Primary Academy, which supports the schools’ Finance, HR, Operational and School Improvement activities. 


We are seeking an Administrative Officer to work at Heatherlands’ school office. The successful candidate should be educated to GSCE level, and have a minimum of a year's experience in an office or school office setting. Good working knowledge of MS Office packages and schools systems are essential, preferably with experience of SIMS and pupil admissions. An ability to work and prioritise a heavy workload, work on your own, effectively, responsibly and confidentially are essential.
